Forging part, forged part
Process: Open die forging, close die forging, free forging, mould forging, hot forging, cold forging, etc
Material: Alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum forging, such as alloy steel 4140. We also could custom the forging product by using your specific material.
Forged part name: Forging shaft, forged ring, forging block or flange, etc. Most of our forge parts are produced according to yours forging drawings.
Heat treatment: Quenching, Normalizing, Tempering, etc. With the help of heat treatment process, It is OK for us to control the mechanical properties very well, such as hardness, tensile strength, etc
Quality control: UT( ultrasonic test), MT, etc.
1. Inspecting apparatus and equipment are tested and supervised by relevant national departments on a regular basis.
2. We conduct physical and chemical inspection to raw materials.
3. All links in production are examined and properly reported.
4. We conduct loading examination to the packaging which should be applicable to rust prevention and shipment.
5. We carry out random inspection to products in the storage.
6. Each step of inspection is recorded in both image and written form.
Weight controlled: 0.1-30000KG. For small parts, we will use the mould forging process; For bigger parts, it is OK to use open die forging.
